Common University Entrance Test UG 2025, one of the biggest national level entrance exam is all set to witness several modifications aimed at streamlining the exam process and enhancing student preparation at the same time. National Testing Agency, recently made an important announcement that CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted entirely in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, to ensure uniform exam experience for all the participating candidates. Key Updates on CUET UG 2025
· Exam Dates: Scheduled to be conducted between 8th May and 1st June, 2025.
· Application Correction Window: The Candidates were given 3 days to make corrections in their application forms- 26th March to 28th March, 2025.
· Number of subjects have been reduced to 37 which was 63 earlier, to allow a focussed preparation approach.
· Exam Duration: Test for each subject will be of 60 minutes.
· Registration Deadline: The last date to register for CUET UG 2025 was 24th March,2025 & deadline to pay the application fee was March 25, 2025.

Mode of Examination
The CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted only in CBT mode for a fair evaluation process. Refer to the other key details regarding the mode of national level entrance exam:
· Online Exam: The candidates need to be present at designated exam centers to attempt the exam on computers.
· Exam Slots: The exam will be conducted in multiple slots to ensure smooth administration during the entrance exam.
· The CUET UG 2025 comprise three sections:
o Section I- Language
o Section II- Domain-Specific Subjects
o Section III- General Aptitude Test
· Marking Scheme: 5 Marks for each correct answer & 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
· Total No. of Subjects: Candidates can choose up to 5 subjects from the list of 37 available subjects.
